• PK 20 CF V-Blender- Jacketed with a liquid solids bar. Stainless and full internal vacuum.
• Paul O. Abbe Cone Blender - (1 cu. ft.) Includes variable speed drive, steam jacketed with liquid addition spray system. Stainless steel inside, carbon steel outside.
• Gemco Double Cone Blender-10CF Stainless shell and carbon painted support frame. Drum dumper and intensifier bar.
• Fitzpatrick DASO6 Mill-Sanitary design, pan feed, reversible rotor with 6 knives. all stainless with 5Hp motor.
• Fitzpatrick D6 Fitzmill- Comminuting machine. Formally with screen feed, mounted on a base.
• Littleford High Shear Mixer FKM-2000-Working capacity is 43CF. Good condition.
• Variable speed mixer for filler reservoir or bulk tank
• Granulator - 250 kilos per hour. Perforated screens 1-3mm, Wire mesh screens 8-30mm
• G250 Granulator - All stainless steel, portable, less fines, wet or dry granulation available.
• Frewitt flail grinder - Model #068539 Excellent for Roots!
• Silverton High shear mixer with rolling lift - 5hp, AB motor starter, 230/460 3 ph.
• PK 1 Cubic Foot Processor - with intensifier bar, jacketed for steam, 6” discharge valve.  In good working condition.  Capable of tumble blending, liquid agglomeration, vacuum drying & solvent recovery.
• Jacobson M89 Hammer Mill
• DASO12 Fitzmill - with 304 stainless steel housing and blades. Blades are reversible for knife or blunt edge forward
• Gruenberg 10kg wet mix granulating drying oven. Complete with IQ/OQ. Inside dimensions are 18"w x 18"d x 18"h, Outside dimensions are 30.5"w x 29"d x 74"h.
  Max. operation temp = 80deg. C.. Interior is 304SS with 2b finish, exterior is 304ss with polished finish. Interior walls & ceiling are pinned in place for easy removal for complete washdown of interior. Trays are 304SS and measure 17.5"w x 17.5"d x 1.5"h.
  Fitted with Class A explosion equipment, class 100 hepa filters, magnehelic guages (2), temperature controller/recorder. Complete with OQ Package.
• Acrison Auger Powder Metering System, all stainless steel design mounted on portable cart. Hopper is approximately 20" x 16" x 16".

Mixing Tanks and Kettles

• 3 Groen D-40 Jacketed Kettles - available for immediate shipment.
• High Density Polypropylene rectangular mixing tanks with clear anodized aluminum frame with locking casters, positive bottom drain, close fitting lid, smooth wall interior surface and curves for easy cleaning, chemical resistance, FDA approved. Available sizes 15, 22, 25, 30, 45, 60, 90 gallons.
• Cherry Burrel Mixing Tank- totally enclosed and explosion proof, 3/4 hp 50 max pressure, 275 psi, stainless steel vessel
• Tanks – Two, 35 Gallon 304 Stainless Steel tanks mounted on casters. Bottom discharge with 4” Tri-clover outlets.
• 500 Gallon Polypropolene Tanks - with 3" discharge valves
• Flow Bin Aluminum Totes - 48x48x48 square
• Cherry Burrel Mixing Tank - Totally enclosed & explosion proof, ¾ hp, 50 max pressure & 275 psi, stainless steel vessel.  This one is a beauty.
• Lightning Pneumatic Mixer mounted on portable stainless steel stand with lifting assembly.
